Fitness Horizon Inc. was founded in 2009 by IFBB PRO Bodybuilder Abiu Feliz. We are an Elite Group of Body Builders throughout Northwest Indiana and Chicago Land !

When I started back training in 2002, I only weighed 130lbs. I saw my body change drastically within that first year. My first show that I competed in was the 2004 South Eastern USA. I won my first show and qualified for nationals, three months later, I competed at 2004 Nationals where I placed 15th. I also competed at the 2005 Junior Nationals and placed 13th. I came back to nationals in 2005 and placed second.So I kept going and went Pro by winning Welterweight class at the 2006 NPC Nationals. It took me two years to turn Pro and I know I still have not reached my full potential.

We specialize in One-On-One Personal Training, Team Training (Sports), Contest Preparation, Weight Training, Nutrional consulting and TOTAL BODY TRANSFERMATION !

here are some training fitness tips for wednesday !

Wednesdays Routine - TRICEPS AND BICEPS

check this out let me know what you guys thing :

Lyind Down over Head Tricp                                                  3                         15-20

Reverse Grip Tricep Extentions                                            3                         15-20

Standing EZ bar Curls                                                             3                          15-20

Single Arm Concentration Curls                                           3                           15-20

Cable Curls                                                                                  3                           15-20

immediatly following your work out you want to Eat / Drink a Protein Shake to revive and nutrize the muscles. At this point is where they are most susatably to protein nutrition, inturn replinishing Muscle Breakdown !!

Make sure you are also drinking 1oz of water for every pound of body weight on hard work out days and 1/2oz for non work out days !
