Pilates/Nia Fusion

Nettie and I have been having a wonderful time with a new class here in our community room.  The class is on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.  The first class is free so call today to reserve your spot.  Nia is a fun dance movement form of exercise.  We almost forget that we are getting a workout!  The last 30 minutes we work on pilates moves to help tone.  Call today for more information.
