Kettlebells are the best training tool I've used so far says certified personal trainer Rich Stringer ( Former Mr. Indiana State Bodybuilding Champion ). They give you a great workout because you use all your muscle and gets your heart pumping. When you use Kettlebells, you get your cardio in at the same time plus there fun to use and your workout time gets cut down.

Workout for St. Jude
Workout for St. Jude, a volunteer-based fund-raising program for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, internationally recognized for its pioneering work in finding cures and saving children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases, has been carried out by thousands of health and fitness clubs nationwide. The program is based around exercise events that club members and staff participate in after collecting pledges and donations from family and friends.
A workout for St. Jude will be held here at Crown Point Health and Fitness Center on May 3, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Anyone who is interested may participate by walking/jogging or join staff members in a bike ride. If you have any questions, please contact us.
