Cranberries Can...

Not only help flush unwanted fat, they are also rich sources of antioxidants. Cranberries have one of the highest levels of anthocyanidins, powerful antioxidants that help prevent cancer, atherosclerosis, and other degenerative diseases. Cranberries can also prevent kidney stones and urinary tract infections. They are high in Vitamin C, low in calories (46 calories for one whole cup!), and are a good source of fiber.

Try this Cranberry Fizz Punch to pack in your daily antioxidants!

Cranberry Fizz

-1/2 cup unsweetened organic cranberry juice

-the juice of one small orange (or 1/8 cup unsweetened apple juice)

-1 inch piece of peeled ginger

-sparkling water

-pinch of stevia

Mix cranberry juice, orange juice, and stevia. Use a garlic mincer to mince the ginger into the glass. Top with sparkling water. Enjoy!
