Digestive Wellness Special!!! HALF OFF!!!!

posted by shannonsms on May 6th, 2010 at 2:32 pm

I just learned that Diagnos-Techs is raising their prices for all lab tests starting June 1, 2010.

I am a big believer in digestive health and the large role it plays in one's overall wellness. Lack of digestive wellness can result in poor nutrient absorption, autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, fatigue, food allergies, depression, mood disorders, and accelerated aging.

I typically start all clients off with a Gastrointestinal Health Panel.

This assesses the following:

  • Food Allergies (gluten, dairy, eggs, soy)
  • Candida/ Yeast overgrowth
  • Parasites
  • Bacteria/ Fungi
  • Pancreatic Enzyme Levels
  • Intestinal irritation and inflammation
  • Gut Immunity

I am running a special for all of May to encourage Digestive Wellness and to help you avoid the raise in prices by the lab.

Expanded GI Panels currently are $235. June 1 they will be increasing to $285!

I am waiving my initial intake fee of $200 and am offering an intake and assessment for HALF OFF, $100!!!

A follow up appointment may be required for severe cases, however those appointments are only $65.

Total cost:  LAB TEST + ASSESSMENT = $335.

After June 1 it will be $485!

I recently did the GI panel and learned my results two weeks ago. They were quite stifling---severe gluten allergy as well as allergy to milk, soy, and eggs; two parasites, and some sort of stomach bacteria. Shannon and I had suspected the gluten allergy, but not everything else. I have been a vegetarian for many years and had been eating LOTS of carbs of dairy instead. The past two weeks I completely gave up gluten and avoided milk, soy, and eggs--only allowing myself a couple of dessert cheats. In addition to the diet change, Shannon urged me to increase some of my supplements and focus on getting more protein in my diet.

The changes I noticed in my body and mind have been dramatic and amazing!!! I have had noticeable increases in my energy levels, less brain fog, able to focus more, and I lost 10 lbs. Even though my diet was limited, I found myself going outside of my comfort zone to try new things and I was pleasantly surprised. I also found that by not putting the toxic food in my body that it was allergic too made me less hungry. My whole state of mind has been uplifted and I can tell my personality is showing more. Remember, this is after just 2 WEEKS!!! I can't imagine what life will be like in the long term :)

There are numerous options out there for eating gluten-free, even a lot of chain restaurants offer a gluten free menu these days. I've been experimenting with some gluten-free/vegan baking and it's quite tasty :)

If you've ever had any interest in becoming healthier or living a more rewarding lifestyle then I urge to to make an appointment and to do the GI panel NOW. It may just change your life ;) This girl has helped to transform me into being healthier, happier, and more active--don't know where I'd be without her!
