I was inspired to write this post when I woke up and took a look in the mirror this morning and thought “Wow, my skin looks so much better than yesterday!” 

You see, on Tuesday afternoon here at the Grateful Body office my skin was beginning to show the effects of hormonal changes and a few “less than ideal” food choices that I've made over the last couple of days.  My chin was looking congested and a little red due to some inflammation. 

While I haven't included Clear Skin in my routine lately, I applied some yesterday afternoon, then again during my evening facial routine, and low and behold- I woke up this morning and the breakouts and redness were significantly calmed!  I shouldn't have been so surprised because I know firsthand what goes into our products, but I was truly impressed!
