We are in the age of the Discount Real Estate Cos. ie) Assist to Sell, Help U Sell, Zip Realty etc... and then there are the full service companies - large and small ie) Prudential California Realty, Coldwell Banker, Pacific Union, Red Oak Realty, Better Homes... Do you know what the difference is???
