Your hosts, Louie and Jim Gerodemos proudly welcome you to the Paragon Restaurant and Pub, conveniently located in the heart of Hobart. The family has served the community for a number of years and promise not to disappoint. Our menu is as varied as you can imagine, and an unbelievable value, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Succulent BBQ Lamb dinners are a specialty, served Fridays and Saturdays, from 11am until 11pm. Breakfast is served all day. Our warm, friendly service keeps everyone coming back.
