If he has money left over he will then make a distribution to your unsecured creditors.  While you bankruptcy is pending creditors cannot attempt to collect the debt.  At the end of your Chapter 13, your unsecured debts would be discharged and you would go back to making your mortgage payment.

The recall includes 1.5 million vehicles in the United States.  For example, globally, the recall affects four-cylinder Accord sedans for the model years 2005 to 2010.

His Honda recall also includes the CR-V crossover for the model years 2007 to 2010 as well as the small SUV Element from 2005 to 2008.

If the software is not updated, the automatic transmission in these vehicles could be damaged if the driver quickly shifts between gears. According to the recall notice, about 48,000 sets of the shade kits are recalled since strangulations can occur when a child places his/her neck between the exposed inner cord and the fabric on the backside of the shade, or when a child pulls the cord out and wraps it around his/her neck.

According to news reports, General Motors (GM) is recalling over 50,000 2011Cadillac SRX crossovers because the front-passenger airbag does not work as detailed in the manual, the Northwest Indiana personal injury law firm of Schlyer & Associates is warning.

The recall is limited to northern states that use road salt in the winter months, according to Nissan.

Apparently, overtime users could hear  a grinding noise, have difficulty steering and the corrosion could cause the steering column to break, according to government regulators.

The recall involves 1996-2004 Pathfinders and model year 1997-2003 Infiniti QX4 vehicles sold or registered in Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, D.C., West Virginia and Wisconsin.

According to the recall, Nissan said it would inspect and repair the vehicles, as necessary, free of charge.

The heaters were manufactured by Lennox Industries Inc., of Richardson, Texas or Advanced Distributor Products (ADP) LLC, of Grenada, Miss.  According to the recall notice, some heaters were manufactured without a required flame rollout switch, which is a back-up device that shuts down the heater in the event of a heater failure. This poses a fire hazard.

The recalled heaters were sold by ADP dealers and distributors nationwide from September 2003 through April 2011 for between $2,700 and $4,200.

According to the recall notice, when the fabric liner is not used or is not securely attached, infants can fall from the raised mattress into the loose fabric at the bottom of the bed-side sleeper or can become entrapped between the edge of the mattress and the side of the sleeper, posing risks of suffocation.

The recalled infant bed side sleepers were sold by Burlington Coat Factory, Babies R Us and other retail stores nationwide from September 1997 through December 2001 for about $160 according to U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission notice.

According to the recall, about 3,700 riding lawn mowers with the optional deluxe seat have an operator presence switch built into the seat that may activate the mower when the operator vacates the seat, posing an injury hazard from the blade to the operator and anyone in the vicinity of the mower.

The recalled riding lawn mowers were sold by various Toro dealers in the U.S. and Canada from September 2005 through January 2011 for prices ranging from $13,000 to 17,000 according to the recall notice.

If your machine has the optional deluxe seat installed, which is light gray with adjustment knob on the front, the recall notice recommends that you contact Toro to have modification instructions sent to you. Consumers can make that modification themselves, or contact any Toro Dealer to have it completed for them at no charge.
