Indiana Worker's Compensation: Without this, the home owner can be sued for the worker's medical and rehabilitation expenses, as well as lost wages resulting from on-the-job injuries.
Indiana Liability Insurance: Without this, the home owner can be sued for on-the-job liabilities.
SERVICE DOCTOR'S liability insurance covers up to $1,000,000 for each injury.
A permanent Indiana address and telephone number: Not a PO box address --- Not a just a cell number.
License and Bonded certificates: To serve as legal and professional proof of the contractor's business.
Written warranties of materials and workmanship: The contractor must be able to perform the manufacturer's installation guidelines for materials of the same quality and type.
