Are You Dedicated To A Sustainable Future?
From our friends at New Voice of Business:
One of our founders and board members, Oliver Bock, is embarking on an exciting cross-country adventure on Earth Day 2010 searching for sustainable solutions and their inspiring advocates.
Using the backdrop of a route traversing the United States from California to Washington DC, Oliver and his sister, Catherine, will begin their journey April 22, on specially-designed, electric bicycles. These bicycles are one of the many examples Bock hopes to show and share with people about sustainable solutions.
The Green Riders, the name the Bock siblings will be riding under, will explore and share what they learn about variety of projects ranging from alternative transportation to renewable energy and sustainable agricultural to green building and green-government programs. At these sites, the Bock's will interview those individuals dedicating their work and lives to sustainable solutions.
Upon arrival in Washington D.C., The Green Riders will deliver a petition to the White House signed by individuals dedicated to building a sustainable future. You can sign the petition and follow their daily adventures, interviews, videos, tweets and more on their blog. Or to learn more about the trip visit their website at The Green Riders.
I hope you will consider signing the petition and following The Green Riders' exploration. Also, if this is the kind of good news adventure that your networks would enjoy, please share this information with them.
Sincerely,
Elliot Hoffman
